Our lakehouse is 70 minutes away. Its hard for me to get out there every weekend to mow it. I ordered their service. and. it turned out great. An added bonus is they send you pictures so you know the job was done right.
It took a couple of days longer to get done but over all the guys that showed up did a good job. They were professional and paid attention to detail. They also took away the debris which was even better. Finally when it rains my gutters work!
I called their support line and spoke to amberly. For some reason my card wasn't going through. After a few minutes of walking me through it the order. was successfully ordered. You should give that girl a raise!
I had a bunch of weeds in my yard. I ordered the fertilizing service and the young guy that showed up did a nice job. I asked to see his fert license and he provided it. Two months later my lawn looks amazing. I am officially in love!
They did a really thorough spring cleanup of my yard outside of Boston. I only wish they offered texting in the app so I can reach out to the landscaper. Anyways their customer support is fine too.
I tried their website but it gave me trouble so I downloaded the app. It worked well. Pricing is ok. Its a pretty cool idea too.
I have used them 3 times but last time their order was delay.No biggy.. they sent me a text and gave me a later date. This gentleman that showed up was in and out in 30 minutes. He deserves a five star as well.
We had a ton of rain and. my grass was overgrown. I placed an order and three days later they showed up and did a fine job. Will recommend to others.
Their prices increased a bit this year, probably because of the crazy gas prices. I selected weekly mowing so I got a pretty big discount. I like their pause feature which allows me to skip a week if needed. App is pretty easy to use too.
